The Smappee EV Base Black is a high-quality, elegantly designed charging unit for professional use. This freestanding charging station offers two powerful charging points of 22 kW each (3-phase), perfect for business settings such as company premises or parking facilities. Thanks to integrated features such as Plug & Charge, QR code scanning, RFID authentication, and an RGB LED status indicator, the EV Base offers both ease of use and visual feedback.
The casing is made of lightweight aluminum with a Magnelis backplate and finished in a deep black design. It is splash-proof (IP54) and can withstand impact (IK10), allowing for both indoor and outdoor installations. The EV Base supports 1- or 3-phase charging (230–400 V, up to 32 A per connection), is equipped with integrated DC and AC leakage protection (6 mA DC / 30 mA type A), and offers MID-certified energy metering (class B). For network connectivity, it is equipped with Ethernet and OCPP 1.6 JSON. The robust construction (1,200 × 600 × 150 mm, approx. 34 kg) can be easily anchored via floor mounting.
