The standard delivery time is 3 to 4 working days for the Benelux, 5 to 6 working days for other EU countries unless otherwise stated in the product description. In practice, 90% of Benelux orders are delivered within three days.

Delivery time for heavy or large packages such as battery systems and solar panels may be longer, we can provide more information about this upon request.

All orders are processed and checked by Ecowatts, we do not do 'dropshipping'.

We have a considerable stock but some products have to be ordered from a supplier. In exceptional cases or due to force majeure the delivery time can sometimes be extended. You will always receive a timely notification of this and the option to cancel your order free of charge. Immediately and without exception the amount already paid will be refunded.

You can pick up your order by appointment by email or telephone at our pick-up point at 2260 Westerlo. We are located in the province of Antwerp at 4 km from the E313, exit 22 Herentals-Oost:

During holiday periods the hours may differ.

For charging stations we work together with a permanent subcontractor that we can trust 100%, both in terms of quality of the delivered brand and support after installation. This subcontractor specializes in Smappee and Alfen, but other brands are possible. Contact us for more information.

We are currently not installing solar systems.

Yes, that is possible and allowed, but Since you will be working with relatively high powers when installing charging stations (and solar products) and adjustments will have to be made to the electrical installation of your home, it is strongly recommended that you have the necessary electrical engineering knowledge or get help from someone who has that knowledge.

Installing a charging station can be dangerous if you do not have the right knowledge and experience.

You will also need to have the modified part of your electrical installation inspected, for which we can recommend OCB.

All prices include 21% VAT as standard, unless stated otherwise.

We always send an invoice in PDF format by email, with or without VAT number.

For pick-ups, payment must be made in advance via the webshop. Pick-up of your order is only possible by appointment.

At the checkout you can see the different payment options, these depend on your location. We prefer bank transfer, Bancontact or iDEAL but do not charge extra costs for other payment methods.

Ecowatts focuses mainly on private individuals, but business customers are of course welcome. However, our website does not have a B2B section and we do not provide specific discounts or credits. You will receive an invoice by email with all the mandatory information for your bookkeeping.

If possible, we will create an account with VAT exemption for you on request. You will then receive an invoice with VAT transfer.

Please note: you must always log in to your account to obtain the correct prices (0% VAT).

You can always contact us for a quote for larger orders (+3000 euros) or for products of our brands that are not listed on the website.

You are always entitled to a 2-year warranty, which may also be longer unless stated otherwise, for example with some PV inverters.

The consumer can report within 14 calendar days after the invoice date that he or she wants to use the right of withdrawal. This is of course only possible under certain conditions.

We do not offer free shipping as standard, for example from a certain order value. We do take the time to carefully pack all goods and if they have a lot of value, the shipments are also insured.

On quotes we may offer free shipping depending on the value of the products and the mode of transport. In addition, we do not charge extra costs for using some online payment methods or for returns, unfortunately many webshops do this.
