Shipping & Delivery
Standard parcel shipping within the Benelux is handled by PostNL, bpost, DHL, or DPD. You will always be informed of the shipment by email and will receive a track-and-trace code with which you can follow your order.
Approximately 75% of our Benelux orders are delivered within 48 hours. The actual delivery time depends, among other things, on your region, the carrier's workload, and the time your order is placed. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from Monday onwards.
Pallet transport
Pallet transport is always arranged in consultation with the customer. Someone must be present at delivery to receive the goods. If no one is present, additional transport or delivery costs may be charged for a new delivery. The delivery address can be changed up to three working days before delivery, after which this is no longer possible.
If you discover damage to your order, please photograph it as soon as possible and inform us. This allows us to process your case quickly and correctly.
Notes on order processing
Unless stated otherwise, such as for some types of solar panels, all orders are processed and checked by Ecowatts itself. We do not work according to the dropshipping principle.
Although we have a large stock, some products need to be ordered from our suppliers. In exceptional cases or due to force majeure, the delivery time may therefore be longer than anticipated.
If there is a delay, we will always inform you in good time. You will then have the option to cancel your order free of charge. In that case, the amount already paid will be immediately and fully refunded. This does not apply to pallet shipments.
