The standard delivery time is 3-4 working days unless otherwise stated.

  

Standard parcel shipping in the Benelux with PostNL, Bpost, DHL, or DPD. Other countries with DPD or DHL (DPD = insurance €500 incl.). You will always be notified of shipment by email and will receive a track & trace code. 75% of our orders are delivered within 48 hours. This depends on your region, order volume, and time of order placement.

Pallet transport is available if necessary and in consultation with the customer. For pallet transport, someone must be present to receive the goods, otherwise additional shipping costs may be charged.

All orders are processed and checked by Ecowatts; we do not do dropshipping.

We have a substantial inventory, but some products must be ordered from a supplier. In exceptional circumstances or due to force majeure, delivery times may sometimes be extended. You will always receive timely notification of this and the option to cancel your order free of charge. Any amount already paid will be refunded immediately and without exception.

You can pick up your order by appointment (by email or phone) at 2260 Westerlo. We are located in the province of Antwerp, 4 km from the E313 motorway, exit 22 Herentals-Oost:

Monday - Wednesday: 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Thursday - Saturday: 10am-6pm
