Huawei LUNA2000 - 5KW - CO Power Module

The Huawei LUNA2000-5KW-CO is part of the LUNA2000 home battery. To complete the home battery you also need a battery and power meter.

The Huawei LUNA2000-5kW-C0 is a power control module of Huawei's home battery system. The LUNA2000 batteries are made with lithium iron phosphate cells and can be stacked up to three high for a maximum storage capacity of 15kWh per stack. However, the system can be expanded with a second stack for a total capacity of up to 30kWh with two stacks in parallel.

Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) is widely recognized as one of the safest and most stable battery chemistries for energy storage, due to its wide operating temperature range and low risk of thermal runaway (overheating).

The LUNA2000-5kW-C0 has a battery capacity of 5kWh. The home battery works with most solar inverters, but is especially made to work seamlessly with Huawei's inverters.

Blackout backup : The Huawei LUNA2000 battery offers blackout backup. This functionality means that in the event of a power outage, you can safely fall back on the battery system to keep the lights on and use electrical appliances.
