BYD LVS Battery Management Unit

The BMU applies to the BYD Battery-Box Premium LV system(s) (LVS 3.8, LVS 7.7, LVS 11.5, LVS 15.4, LVS 19.2, LVS 23.0 and LVL 15.4) ("Battery-Box") , and acts as a control unit for the system(s).

To complete the home battery you need the following parts:

• BYD Battery Box Premium LVS - Battery module (4kwH)
• BYD Battery Box Premium LVS - PDU + Pedestal (662004)
• Depending on the specific inverter:
  • BYD LVS 35mm2 cable set (430125)
  • BYD LVS 50mm2 cable set (430126)

The BMU is equipped with a WLAN interface as standard. Special tools developed by BYD can communicate with the BMU via this interface. The WLAN name and code are on the label of the BMU.
