Aqara Water Leak Zigbee Sensor T1 T1 WL-S02D
The Aqara Water Leak Sensor T1 is a compact water detector. The sensor is battery-powered (CR2032) and communicates via Zigbee 3.0. With the sensor, you can monitor a surface/area; the device detects water at a layer of 0.5mm (flat surface). Additionally, the sensor has an IP67 rating, meaning it is guaranteed to function in humid and dusty environments.
The T1 version is the successor to the previous generation and features several improvements, including Zigbee 3.0 and OTA support. This is the official European version with CE certification and meets legal requirements.
Compatible with popular smart home ecosystems via Aqara Hubs, including Matter, HomeKit, Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT, and more. Furthermore, the sensor is also directly compatible with SmartThings via the Aeotec Smart Home Hub.
Compared to the previous generation, the T1 version also supports Over-The-Air (OTA) updates. This is only possible in combination with an Aqara hub.
