All orders are processed and checked by Ecowatts (no 'dropshipping'). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Pickup is possible by appointment in Westerlo.

You are always entitled to 2 years warranty, which can also be longer if otherwise stated, for example with some PV inverters.

The consumer can report within 14 calendar days after the invoice date that he or she wants to exercise the right of withdrawal. This is of course only possible under certain conditions.
