The standard delivery time is 3 to 4 working days for the Benelux, 5 to 6 working days for other EU countries unless otherwise stated in the product description. In practice, 90% of Benelux orders are delivered within three days.

Delivery times for heavy or large packages such as battery systems and solar panels may be longer; we can provide more information upon request.

All orders are processed and checked by Ecowatts; we do not do 'dropshipping'.

We have a substantial stock, but some products need to be ordered from a supplier. In exceptional cases or due to force majeure, the delivery time may sometimes be extended. You will always receive timely notification of this and the option to cancel your order free of charge. The amount already paid will be refunded immediately and without exception.

You can pick up your order by appointment via email or phone at our pickup point in 2260 Westerlo. We are located in the province of Antwerp, 4 km from the E313, exit 22 Herentals-East:

We currently do not install solar systems.

Yes, that can and may be done, but Since you will be working with relatively high power when installing charging stations (and solar products) and modifications need to be made to your home's electrical installation, it is highly recommended to have the necessary electrical knowledge or to get help from someone who has that knowledge.

Installing a charging station can be dangerous if you do not have the proper knowledge and experience.

You will also need to have the modified part of your electrical installation inspected.

All prices include 21% VAT by default unless otherwise stated.

We always send an invoice in PDF format by email, with or without a VAT number.

For pickups, payment must be made in advance via the webshop. Pickup of your order is only possible by appointment.

At checkout, you can see the different payment options, which depend on your location. We ourselves prefer bank transfer, Bancontact, or iDEAL but do not charge extra fees for other payment methods.

Ecowatts mainly focuses on private individuals but business customers are of course welcome, you can request a B2B account, see customer service.

If possible, we will create an account with VAT exemption for you upon request. You will then receive an invoice with VAT reverse charge.

Please note: you must always log in to your account to obtain the correct prices (0% VAT).

You can still contact us for a quote for larger orders (+3000 euros) or for products from our brands that are not listed on the website.

You are always entitled to 2 years warranty, which can also be longer if otherwise stated, for example with some PV inverters.

The consumer can report within 14 calendar days after the invoice date that he or she wants to exercise the right of withdrawal. This is of course only possible under certain conditions.
