You are always entitled to a minimum of 2 years warranty, which can be longer if otherwise stated (for example, with some PV inverters).
Warranty conditions according to the manufacturer: the warranty card possibly included in the manufacturer's packaging and your purchase invoice always serve as proof of warranty (fill in your card carefully and follow the manufacturer's instructions).
In case of malfunctions or defects within the warranty period, always contact the after-sales service of the respective brand.
The customer commits to installing the purchased product according to the manufacturer's instructions and Belgian installation standards. (read installation manuals carefully).
The end customer is personally responsible for the execution of the installation and any commissioning.
We are not responsible for installation work that you as a customer have performed as a "do-it-yourselfer."
We are not responsible for registered shipments lost during postal transit in Belgium or the Netherlands.
The manufacturer/importer is responsible for all technical specifications on their website, technical datasheets, and manuals.
Ecowatts cannot be held liable for technical deviations after sale.
No item will be accepted for return after pickup or delivery without a valid reason or defect (right of withdrawal).
Return conditions
The consumer must notify within 14 calendar days after the invoice date that he or she wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. This is of course only possible under certain conditions:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in advance by email of your decision to terminate the agreement.
During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging carefully. He will only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product.
If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur.
The goods can be returned in person or sent to us via an external shipping channel. The costs incurred are always the responsibility of the consumer/customer.
Refund for returned goods, excluding the charged shipping costs, will be made within 10 working days after inspection of the returned product and approval by our returns department, which is of course subject to strict return conditions.
Exclusion of returns
Items that are not stock articles and are specially ordered from the manufacturer will not be accepted for return.
Items that are custom-made, for example cabling sold by the meter.
Goods whose packaging is damaged or goods that themselves show damage and can no longer be sold as a new product will not be accepted for return.
